CALA’s Autumn lecture on 18 October was extremely well attended and a tremendous success. CALA were thrilled and  honoured that Lady Justice Black, Head of International Family Justice for England & Wales, agreed to  join us to discuss the 1996 Hague convention. The evening involved a very lively discussion led by Lady Justice Black regarding the 1996 Hague convention and its application with the assistance of a judicial case study.
